Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how appointments.page uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) on our marketing site, dashboard, and tenant booking pages. It complements our Privacy Policy.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser to remember things between page loads — for example, that you are signed in, or which language you prefer. "Similar technologies" like localStorage work the same way for our purposes.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function. Cannot be disabled.
- Supabase Auth session cookies — keep you signed in to your dashboard.
- CSRF tokens — protect against cross-site request forgery on form submissions.
- Workspace context — remembers which business you are currently managing if you administer more than one.
Functional
Remember your preferences. Disabling these may degrade your experience.
- Language preference (app-language in localStorage) — keeps the UI in your chosen language across visits.
- Theme / device-mode preference — remembers UI choices in the dashboard.
Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are visited and where users drop off. If enabled, this tool runs in aggregated, anonymized mode and does not build cross-site profiles. If you opt out via your browser's Do Not Track signal or our cookie banner (where applicable in your region), analytics will not run.
Third-party
Set by integrations you or your tenant configure.
- Stripe — fraud detection on the checkout page (only on payment flows).
- Sentry — error tracking session correlation (only on instrumented routes).
4. We do not use
- Advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking pixels.
- Social-media tracking widgets that load on every page.
5. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and break parts of the Service. Where required by law, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies through a banner before they are set.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
